“We have been taking all of our vehicles here for years and years. Honest, reliable and fantastic service experiences every time. Three years later I’m updating my review because I am so appreciative of the consistently excellent service and experiences. The tires ordered came next day and my car rides like it’s new. I thought I needed all 4 brakes done, turns out it was just the back ones. Thank you for being quick, thorough, and kind.”

“I purchased a used car from Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick in 2021. Because I knew I would have a car note, I took out an extended warranty. The system was updated, so when I originally called back in June, my vehicle's info wasn't showing up. My car needed servicing for a part covered under the extended warranty. I want to take the time to thank employee, Tarik Awadallah for going above and beyond in helping to resolve the issue and have the extended warranty company honor my extended warranty. I was so happy that I cried tears of joy. Thank you so much to Tarik and the entire staff at Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick.”

The service was incredibly fast, affordable, and stress-free. The location is also super convenient, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for any future car service needs!”

“I was about to give up on my car, it was sluggish and lacked power entering the highway. A friend referred me to Larry at SRG and his know how and experience with diesel vehicles reflected enormously when I got my car back. No more sluggish and no more issues merging on the highway. A great shop where you get your car back and talk directly to the mechanic who fixed it.”

“TL;DR: Honest, friendly, skilled, and offers very fair prices. Don't be turned off by the location! Haney deserves six stars and more than I can even say. If you're looking for a local trustworthy mechanic, you need to call Haney. My family has been in this area for 30+ years and it is not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic. I'm so thankful I found Haney! I was having some electical issues and suspected it was the alternator. Haney suspected the same but didn't want to charge me anything until he could diagnose it properly. Left the car with him and an hour later confirmed that the alternator was overheating. Quoted me an incredibly fair price for parts, labor, and had it fixed quickly. I asked him to check my brakes because they were making noise, he said they looked totally fine and probably just needed cleaning, there was no need to change them. Love his honesty and him not trying to make a quick dollar off me. I've also had an ongoing rattling issue coming from my exhaust that I've taken to multiple shops. Every single one tried to sell me something that I knew wasn't the issue like a new set of struts. I didn't even ask Haney to look at it for the sake of time, but he noticed it on his own and showed me the problem! I was shocked that he would go the extra mile. It was the exact noise I had been hearing for months from the exhaust! I told him I'd be back to get that fixed by him. Finally, I drove my mom's car over to pick up my car and asked him to patch a nail in her tire I discovered that day. He did it quickly and didn't even charge me for it! Haney is absolutely amazing, trustworthy, and knows what he's doing. Again, if you're looking for a local mechanic, go see Haney! I'll be going back for sure.”

“Mark was amazing. His customer service was excellent. He took care of my flat tire in no time and the price was reasonable. Since the side wall was damaged I knew I would need a tire. He found the tire that matched the tires I had on the car already and was quick to let me know he would have to balance it but he would be quick. Great job. I saw him taking care of others that came to the shop and was knowledgeable about what their needs were as well. Another person was sending people away or telling them it was a 2 hour wait. Hit or miss I guess with some employees. Overall good experience this time.”

“Just wanted to shout-out my mechanic, Serge, @ Unlimited Auto Repairs in East Brunswick. I will literally never go to anyone else, he's so reliable, literally diagnosis my car and fixes it the SAME day, and always prices me under the average of what the repair costs. And I NEVER have to go back twice for the same repair!!! Ever!! My cars just old and different things break at different times. He explains everything to you that's broken, he'll tell you what may need to be fixed in the future, or if something NEEDS to be repaired or if you can wait a while, if a temporary fix can work right now or if the long-term fix is crucial ( if you're on a budget this is crucial for a lot of people). That's all, if you need a reliable mechanic go to Serge!!”

“Recently I had the pleasure of buying a Jeep Compass and words cannot express how the entire process went. Joe was such a nice salesman and was so helpful and never once made it feel like he just cared about making a deal like other dealerships do. The sales manager Glenn went above and beyond to make the deal happen and out of his way to help. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I had to have my 2017 Mustang towed. Triple a towed it to the Triple A East Brunswick. That was a Friday night. The car was gone over with a fine tooth comb. The mechanic suggest a new battery which was free because it was under warranty. It was suggested I have the brake lines flushed after all the snow we have had and they changed the oil. So it was free to tow, free battery, free diagnostics 10% off labor and everything the replaced )battery)is under warranty for 24,000 miles or 2 years. And the car was ready before 5PM next day. I’m super pleased and they and Triple A made this whole thing painless. Would highly recommend to someone in need of a mechanic.”

Problem was diagnosed quickly and after signing off on the estimate, service was timely and well done. It wasn't cheap but it's not a cheap thing to replace anywhere. 10/10 will be back here again!”
