“We rented a car to make a driving tour of Maine and they provided us with an excellent car at a rate that was less than half of what Avis offered us even with the academic discount that I've had with Avis for over 10 years. They also allowed me to prepay the final refill of the gas tank at the cost in effect on the day of rental, so that we saved about $0.50 to $0.65 per gallon on fuel. The people who work in the Cranbury, NJ office on Route 130 are friendly and informative. This is the second time we've had a good experience with them and we will continue to rent from this office in the future.”

“Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket. Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank). I will gladly go here again.”

“I especially appreciated the service provided by Brandon, the onsite representative—his support was excellent. The only area for improvement was regarding the fuel policy. I was informed that the vehicle did not need to be returned with a full tank and that I could refill it to the same level upon return, which was a bit tricky. As a result, I ended up filling the tank completely, leading to unnecessary extra fuel costs for me. Aside from that, the overall service was great. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise again in the future. I have been renting from your facility for over five years now, which speaks volumes about your service quality. Thank you for the great service ?”

“I have been using Brilliant Auto Sales in New Brunswick for over 15 years, and they have always been honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Over the years, I have bought four cars from them, and every experience has been smooth and stress-free. They consistently offer good prices, great service, and go above and beyond to help with everything from finding the right car to handling paperwork. It’s rare to find a dealership you can trust for this long — highly recommended!”

“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins, email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. I highly recommended them without any hesitation because they deserve that.”

“Excellent experience with this car rental company. I have used their services on two occasions: one for a short trip and another for a car lease. The service has been consistently excellent, especially thanks to Tamaris, who stood out for her kindness and efficiency. The cars were in optimal condition, and they were very fuel-efficient. I highly recommend this company.”

“Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought my Chevy Traverse from this dealership in December of 2021, it's been 13 months and the vehicle hasn't giving me any issues yet. Car was presentable and clean when I got there and I didn't even tell them I was coming. I had to negotiate the price because the car was in need of new tires which Jose understood and I believe I got a good deal. Vehicle had 102k miles on it but after test driving it I know it was a solid car. Thank you Jose for helping me get a nice comfortable and so far reliable car.”

“I’ve been using this location for several years! I have never been disappointed, never! I book online and get the car I reserved. That is very important to me. Plus the cars are spotless, also very important. I now know now thanks to Brandon. I find Jeff and Cindy professional, extremely helpful and accommodating. My last rental kept getting extended upwards of two weeks due to car issues. All I did was email them advising I still needed the car. They were so agreeable and fantastic. My car after diagnostics was shot so I had to buy a new one. Stressful? Yes, but their patience and ability to accommodate me got me through! I still had to get to work Thank you Cindy and Jeff! I will see you very soon for my next vacation rental! Need that Rav 4!”

He turned a last-minute booking challenge into a seamless, stress-free experience. He even made sure we got an upgrade and took care of a late fee as a courtesy. Hasan, your perseverance and amazing attitude are truly a breath of fresh air, and it was a pleasure working with you. We’ll definitely be back!- DD”
