The cars all run beautifully and they helped us out a lot with getting cars for our family. The service was great and quality of cars are also amazing. Highly recommend. Mr Bhavesh uncle and Bhavna auntie were so helpful and nice to talk with when going through the process.”

“Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket.
Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank).
I will gladly go here again.”

“Our experience started off a little stressful because we were told that the van we had reserved might not be available since the previous customer had not returned it yet. Since we were leaving for our trip the next morning, this was definitely concerning!
Thankfully, Ryan the manager, was amazing throughout the whole situation. He was very professional, patient, and genuinely did everything he could to make sure we got the van we had reserved. He kept working on it and made sure everything worked out in the end.
I really appreciate the way Ryan handled the situation. He is a great manager, and his team was also wonderful and helpful. Even though we had a bit of a rough start, they made sure we were taken care of, and we were able to enjoy our trip without any problems.
Thank you Ryan and the entire team, for going the extra mile! 😊 I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again.

“The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. “my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. I highly recommended them without any hesitation because they deserve that.”

“I can not stress this enough the employees here are so nice and welcoming and i am a enterprise plus member i travel 20 mins to this location instead of the location next to my house because of the amazing staff! Nyla and Djello are top tier i hope i spelled his name Correct my apologies if i didn’t but they work well under pressure i watched how they handle Other people with respect ,care and patience they have a forever customer with me the cars are always nice and clean they always try to accommodate you with what you booked. look nowhere else come to this location ! “Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought my Chevy Traverse from this dealership in December of 2021, it's been 13 months and the vehicle hasn't giving me any issues yet. Car was presentable and clean when I got there and I didn't even tell them I was coming. I had to negotiate the price because the car was in need of new tires which Jose understood and I believe I got a good deal. Vehicle had 102k miles on it but after test driving it I know it was a solid car. Thank you Jose for helping me get a nice comfortable and so far reliable car.”

They were so agreeable and fantastic. My car after diagnostics was shot so I had to buy a new one. Stressful? Yes, but their patience and ability to accommodate me got me through! I still had to get to work

“2026 Memorial Day rental [May 22 - May 26] : Dustin Gogats - two words. Name of the manager who provided me the car and it was a 4 day rental booked via Hertz Rental Car website.
He explained me everything and provided me an upgrade. Very quick and easy, in and out on the Friday at 5 PM when it closes.
Returning now on Tuesday afternoon.
