“Hello! I have to say 2 things about my recent purchase. One, the pants are amazing; I almost started crying when my daughter tried them on. Perfect fit, perfect look, perfect everything. Two, the team members at the East Brunswick, NJ location are absoluelty phenomenal! Kira helped me and my daughter so much! We had so much trouble trying to find this style of pants anywhere. Amazon had failed us, google failed us, even the online store failed us, but Kira made it happen! She found us the correct style and ordered us the size that seemed best. She made appropriate suggestions about what exactly to order and she nailed it on the head! I even went to the Freehold store and did not recieve the same amount of care and attention that Kira gave me (although they did come close). Then when we went to pick up the pants, Adam was like an angel sent to help us! He was everything that makes the East Brunswick store our favoritw store. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! EB is always our go to Hot Topic, and these 2 employees really drove the matter home for us it is our favorite place to shop! Thank you Kira and Adam!

“This place bring back so many memories and me coming here over several years. My youngest son enjoyed having a conversation w one of the employees around January about Anime. My son was wearing a necklace the employee recognized. It is so sad that they're closing, Square Brunswick Mall will never be the same when they keep getting rid of stores people often come to shop in. This was my go to store everytime I come here and Forever 21. I'm going to miss you AAO..? First it was Wet Seal's now our Urban store.”

“I didnt get a chance to walk through the whole store but I like how they have security and it looks neat and organized. They didnt have much boys clothing and some that they did have sets to were missing, but I went there lookign for something and found what I needed. So bonus to them for organization.”
“Went to buy a pair of shoes at this store today and I was pleasantly surprised of how well organized and neat the store was. It was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. I met Karen the store manager and she was very pleasant to deal with, helped me pick out the shoes I wanted and was very patient with me. I must say, I’m impressed she can really multitask, I saw her one minute fixing shelf the other asking me how she could be of assistance, all the while helping other customers out. Her staff also showed interest in their customers. It was a very nice environment. By the way Karen supported her team i could tell that she has strong leadership qualities that makes her and asset to JImmy Jazz and for sure her customers, will definitely shop here again!??”
