I had exceptional customer service and was able to text and receive pictures of options that they had in stock in my son’s size. I received 16 images via text, made the drive, and had a wonderful experience. We left with a beautiful outfit, hat, socks, shoes and a bib. Highly recommend!”

    “I’ve visited American Eagle three times recently while searching for jeans, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on the customer experience. Even the employees behind the register aren’t simply ringing up purchases—they take the time to answer questions and help however they can. Jasmine really went out of her way to help me find the right jeans, and I greatly appreciated her patience and attention. I’ve also interacted with Tyler, the Store Manager, more than once. He is incredibly engaged with both his customers and his team. You can immediately tell that the store has a positive, upbeat energy and that great customer service starts with his leadership. There was also a very sweet and helpful young man who assisted me today. Unfortunately, his name slipped my mind, but my receipt shows KT5069, and I hope he receives recognition as well. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and connected to the customer experience. Great teamwork deserves to be acknowledged, and this entire team is doing an excellent job!”
