“If I could give this location 10 stars I would! I had a very last minute request for a print job for this location and multiple staff members (Neelima and Ramia specifically!) really helped my coworker and I out right before closing! They both went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you both so much!!!”

“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”

“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years. On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised. The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.”

“My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. It took 3 and a half hours but he ensured that I submitted the correct application and documents as required by the process. i am and will always be highly obliged towards him. Thank you Kalpesh ji. “This store has THE best customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years for shipping, Amazon returns, printing, and even passport photos. Not only is the service itself excellent (“above & beyond”), I literally leave here with a smile on my face every single time. Shoutout to Nick, Shuan, & everyone who works here! Authentically nice humans.”

426 Main St, Spotswood NJ 08884
“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”

“I had an excellent experience at my local UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They handled my shipment quickly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. What really stood out was how efficient and organized everything was- no long waits, clear guidance, and great customer service. It’s rare to find a place where the team goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend this UPS Store if you want fast service and super friendly staff. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve visited!”
