Was able to receive tire service on a Saturday without an appointment. Service Manager was courteous, explained the scope of work, the cost, and the approximate wait time before any work was done.

First time using Pep Boys for service. Israel helped me choose 4 new tires. Based on research before going, they were priced fairly. He stayed in touch with me to let me know when my car was being worked on. From drop-off to finish was smooth and went quickly. My family and I will definitely use this Pep Boys location again.
