We walked in last night just before closing, hoping to get my little guy his first USSSA bat, and the team at MonkeySports absolutely came through!
The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us find the right bat for Asher. I really wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who assisted us because he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we left with the perfect bat.
The hospitality was top notch from start to finish. You never would have guessed they were about to close they treated us like we were their first customers of the day.
We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend MonkeySports to anyone looking for quality equipment and outstanding customer service!”

“Amazing experience.......never judge a book by its cover, is what comes to mind. Compared to newer gun shops it's a little behind BUT don't let that fool you. Extremely helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable, I was looking for a specific shotgun, they didn't have in store. Owner browsed all his suppliers and sourced shotgun out for me same day with me present and even gave me a nice discount. Intended to pay full amount owner insisted he only wanted a small deposit. “I hadn’t been inside this dicks in over 5 years but I needed running shoes for my first marathon run. The store was organized and easy to find the woman’s running shoe section. When I walked into the section there were sufficient associate coverage and I was nicely greeted by I believe her name was Arianna or Aianna? I told her my purpose for that days shopping also on a budget as I probably wouldn’t use the sneakers as often. She showed me great options as well as gave personal insight. Pricing was on sale but for the quality not bad(Nike $138). I asked if she makes commission and she mentioned no which was a shocker being in sales but it was also nice because that meant as well she genuinely wanted to help not just make a sale. The wait to check out wasn’t too long and as well the cashier was friendly. Great experience overall”
“I just had such a wonderful experience at the Adidas store in Menlo Mall on Sept 2nd and wanted to share it. My son was excited to pick out a jersey, and what seemed like the manager went above and beyond to help us. She patiently helped us find the right size, encouraged Gavin to try it on to make sure he really loved it, and was kind and understanding when I realized how pricey jerseys can be. She didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all while I called my husband for the OK. On top of that, she even found us a coupon to make it a little more affordable. Her kindness and patience made the whole experience feel easy and positive..and yes, we left with an awesome jersey!”

“I came into Dick’s Sporting Goods this morning right when the store opened, and Manny was already hard at work organizing and putting away inventory. Even though he was clearly busy, he took the time to help me find what I needed. I was looking for winter beanies and gloves, and since the shipment had just arrived, he had to go to the back a couple of times to check for me.
Manny was so kind and helpful throughout the entire interaction, which is something that feels increasingly rare these days. His excellent customer service truly stood out and made my shopping experience so much better.”
“PROS: Great little sports store. Staff is nice, all official gear. Ranging from clothes to merchandise. their clothing selection is extensive. CONS: Besides clothing their memorabilia is very limited. They have one part of a wall with merchandise but thats it. the store size is also small, similar to "Lids." OVERALL: If you're looking for an all out sports store than this wouldn't be it. However, if you're looking for a jersey or a shirt of the team you like then yes this store is where to go”
