    My uncle had a problem and this nice employee helped him. I believe he name was rose and she was so helpful. She definitely deserves a raise.

    This place is amazing . The representatives are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I will never call 1-800-Comcast again. I’ll sit in this place and wait 30 minutes before I sit on phone again. Thanks Sean and Bill so far . (I’ve been there twice in 3 months)

    I received excellent service from Eli today at the East Brunswick store. He was informative, patient and explained every detail. He helped me figure out a way to bring my bill down while adding a few new streaming channels. He printed out forms and went through them slowly. I never felt rushed. Thumbs up for Eli!
