“Last week I called Andy in a bit of a panic - my wife's coolant system was leaking and not safe or smart to drive - knowing how popular and busy the Wayne location is. While trying to figure out when he could squeeze me in, Andy asked me what year and the mileage. When I responded he said "why are you calling me, take your car to the dealer and get it fixed under warranty." Only a quality person and honest businessman would say that! Been a customer for many years, always recommend ETD and won't take my cars anyplace else.”

(Update: they readjusted my seat, annoying my seat is manual adjustment. So take me forever to get it back to where it was.) “I've been to many places that do oil changes and car washes. In my 50 years of driving, never have I met a more polite and organized manager than Ray. Ray is first class. He makes it a point to tell the truth and point out things that need to be taken care of without taking advantage. I was shocked when I found out that my wife's car needed a new battery he did the test and showed me I was also shocked that he offered up a coupon when I told him that the other place in Livingston did offer one they said they didn't take it, which is not truthful. I'll be back to precipitate Troy Hills to get a car wash to see Ray and become a regular; and I suggest you do as well.Thank you, RayEric Epstein”

“I went to Richard’s Service Station for a synthetic oil change and low tire pressure light to be checked on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I scheduled my appointment two hours beforehand. My car was completed on time and excellent condition of my car and a free car wash was provided. The mechanics were very good and knowledgeable about their work. And they’re very friendly. What more could you ask for?”
“Harry Jones was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment he handed me keys to drive away. He was really upfront about everything- not the typical car salesman cheesy pitch. We went in for lease-end-options and he made it possible to walk out with a great deal for an amazing car after test driving three cars. Not to mention he had transferred all of the items from my old car into the new one by the time we were done with the financial advisor. Truly a white-glove service experience. “Stopped here because my tire pressure light came on. Guys put it up on the lift, checked all the tires and found that the lug nuts weren’t even tight enough. So much for going to a dealership that specializes in this car and can’t even tighten the lugs or fill the tires correctly. Best part owner didn’t even charge me. With 2 cars in front of me, I waited 20 minutes to get in and then another 15 minutes for the actual service. Your best bet is to go early and during the week. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“the owners are so, so nice. i fid the self-service vacuum and it is a bit hard to find but once you're there it's pretty good. BRING DOLLAR BILLS!!! you have to exchange them for tokens at a machine and use the tokens. plan the vacuum out in advance because the tokens go quickly but overall, the niceness of the people and the convenience of the location make this a good spot.”
