REI is fantastic for all things outdoor! I recently got a Gregory backpack from them, and I absolutely love it—super comfortable and perfect for my hiking adventures. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I need. Their selection of high-quality gear from top brands is unbeatable, and I appreciate their focus on sustainability. The member perks are a great bonus too! Highly recommend REI for anyone gearing up for the outdoors!

I had such a great experience at **R.E.I.**! Pete F. is a wonderful person—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. The service was excellent and made a huge difference for me. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It was so helpful that I can honestly say I would recommend this place 100% to anyone who needs their bicycle fixed. If you’re looking for a trustworthy spot to get your bike serviced, this is definitely the place to go!!!

Not what it once was... More workers than customers yet they all seemed too busy and moving quickly for somewhere they had to get to... Prices are high now, even on their own REI branded stuff. I know this is a smaller store but low selection and range of sizes for what was stocked. Clean though.

Great store. I have been co-op member since last several years. Lots of options, great service. I get my bikes fixed here( lowest cost I have seen). Become co-op member and the rewards are great. I buy lots of hiking and other gears from here. Ask the store about benefits of membership.

I went in for the labor day sales and I have shopped here before. Each time is a great experience lots of selection of really good quality stuff. Though what stands out to me the most is how friendly and helpful the staff are. I was buying some things for camping and a new backpack, two members of staff Dan and Stephanie were incredibly helpful and seemed very informed on all the products in store as well as taking the time to find me what fit best for my needs. They made my experience 100x better hope to see them again.

Traveled to 5 other stores (not REI) and they show 45 pairs of hiking shoes online, nothing in the store. REI: GREAT, price and selection. Excellent people work there. Very happy.

Shout out to Milan, we came in yesterday and spend HOURS walking around looking at all the gear for an upcoming trip. Thank gosh Milan found us wondering and asked if we needed help, he was 10/10 all around, explained differences in tents, sleeping bags, pads, cooking gear, chairs, and much more. Even after helping us for a very long while answering all of our questions with ease and comical answers when we had an additional question he was glad to help. What an awesome experience. Looking forward to our trip, thanks Rei and Milan!!

Clean, Organized, & Full of Community Potential
This REI location is consistently clean, well-organized, and stocked with great gear. I always seem to find my size - especially in the brands I stick with - and appreciate the deals (including member benefits). Some items run small, but I love that my true size is reliably available (in said brands).
Shoutout to Melvin, Anthony, and Kathleen for their attentive service and great conversation. I genuinely enjoy running into fellow outdoor enthusiasts here and striking up chats about adventures. It would be amazing if this team - or REI locations in general - started a MeetUp group or hosted community/member events. I'd love to be more active locally instead of always flying solo.
Also, don't forget to check the second level. It has overflow sale items that don't fit on the main floor - easy to miss but worth exploring.
REI, if you ever consider hiring a full-time Community Relations, Partnerships, & Events person at the store level (district/regional), I’d love to throw my hat in the ring! 😄 Hosting member-only after-hours events or meet-and-greets with the team would be a fantastic way to build community.

I took my bike in for a tuneup and was helped by Peter, who provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. When I dropped it off I asked for his advice on a used e-bike. Even though I wasn’t buying from REI, he spent the time to give me lots of advice. When I picked up my bike, he removed a car seat from the back to make room for it. It’s no wonder with employees like this, REI is known for their outstanding service. I’m a customer for life!
