“This store is a wonder for those who love model trains. I bought a new, ready to run set for my neice and nephew from their extensive inventory of new and used products. They also provided expert advice on building a layout and got my old trains running again. I recommend them without reservation.”
“Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

“Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. “Great shop to visit if you are into Funko Pops. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by pops everywhere. Most shops just carry a million commons but Wize Guys carry a huge variety of pops from old to new. Definitely worth a visit!”

“I can't stress enough how we need to support local toy stores like Jabberwocky. Nothing beats walking into a toy store and feeling the items on hand. Yes it may be cheaper on Amazon but I want my kids to have that toy store experience that I had as a kid and picking out something they want. I come here every so often to support these guys. They also do gift wrapping.”

“I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. The store is beautiful and the selection of toys is so, so good. Items are arranged very thoughtfully and I especially appreciate how the toys are inclusive of different races and ethnicities (dolls and books, for example). Owner Indira is so lovely. She patiently and graciously helped me navigate a challenging situation with my overtired 5yo! I will be back, for sure!”
“As you enter you feel the vibes of books. That is the first thing I loved about this library, was the romantic section since I love reading romance! The staff members were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with a specific book I was looking for. Then, the Spanish books were nice and had a good variety of genres. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it doesn’t have a restroom for customers.”

“This was my first purchase with Camp Stuff 4 Less - it was an amazing experience! I ordered two personalized items and they arrived how I ordered them. However, when they arrived I realized that I didn’t choose the correct color vinyl for a folding chair. Lori was beyond generous and offered for me to send the chair back and they would fix it! Again - this wasn’t their mistake, it was my mistake as I choose the wrong color. Excellent communication and customer service! I’m so appreciative!”

“Kind of jammed with boxes, one of two registers didn't work and they over charged me for something with the sticker clearly marked. Wasn't the best experience.
Update- Much better! I'm happy these didn't have self checkout, like the other location near us. Fun stock of stuff you want but don't need, polite staff and clean store.”

“We had so much fun making our stuffed animals today. Sarah was so patient and kind with our very indecisive crew. She took the time to explain what she was going to do next and made sure all purchases were parent approved (much appreciated!) She was on alone and was very efficient when a line stared to form. We didn’t feel rushed at all and no one waited for a long time. We had a really great experience from start to finish. Someone give Sarah a raise! She was absolutely lovely, excellent customer service! Thank you so much Sarah for the special experience and for telling us about the Build A Bear show on Netflix! We’re already obsessed!”

“I have collected Breyer Model Horses since I was 4 years old in 1969. That is over 50 years. As a Child growing up here in Canada, finding Breyers is not as easy as in the USA. After getting married in 1989, we went to Florida for our Honeymoon. What did I want to do? Find Breyers, and I did. It is amazing how these plastic horses can make someone so happy. Now, 53 years later, I have a collection of over 500 or so Breyer models. Of all sizes, from tiny Stablemates and Minny Whinnys to the Traditional ones that I cherish with all of my heart. I want to send a HUGE shoutout to the FABULOUS Customer Service that I receive from Christine at Breyer. She always goes over and above the Norm when it comes to CS. We drove from Staten Island, upon entering the workers were dry but once they found out it was her birthday and that my little girl was obsessed with dinosaurs and names them all they were super attentive and generous!
