“Everything went well…my 2012 GL was heading to the junk yard, because of issues not even the dealer could identify and fix, but before I did my cousin recommended Lloyd from Auto Ambulance. They came to my home and checked out the car, it was later towed to his shop in East Orange, and let’s just say the rest is history. Lloyd was professional and notified me of all work prior and kept me abreast of the progress. Had my car back after one week and there has been no issues since. Car starts up and runs like I just got it… North Jersey Auto Ambulance more than earned your 10/10….much love and respect every-time.”

“PLEASE READ! I don't even know where to begin, seriously. Tuesday my check engine light began flashing so I knew whatever the problem was it needed immediate attention. As a young woman, it is very scary navigating the ends and outs of car trouble and repair shops for fear of being taken advantage of. I was sick to my stomach as I could not afford such a huge repair, due to personal life changing circumstances, and having children. I did not have the mental capacity to deal with my vehicle and thankfully was able to make it home. I finally made the call to Kars Wednesday and spoke to Jimmy and explained to him what was going on. He said it sounded like a misfire and to have it towed 1st thing Thursday morning. I did just that. Mind you my mind is racing while at work, I can't focus and have knots in my stomach. Keep in mind, I've never seen him a day in my life and never been to this shop. All communication was done via phone. He kept communication clear and frequent. He addressed me by my name and pronounced it correctly. It's the small things that matter most to me. I knew I possibly needed a tune-up and was quoted $1,000 by one mechanic which was outrages, but I figured I would pay some change based on having an SUV. Well, by Thursday afternoon, Jimmy calls me to tell me my vehicle is ready!!!! Like what?!!!! A coil needed to be replaced. Saving me hundreds of dollars. I'm still in disbelief at what I actually paid and wanted to leave a tip but wasn't allowed to. Lord knows I am thankful for a trustworthy and honest mechanic. I don't live anywhere near East Orange, but honey I will make the trip to Kars for my repairs I can tell that much!!!!!! Thank you Jimmy and team!”

“My car kept turning off on me, stalling as well as minor electrical issues with a 9month old battery, no check engine light. I took it to a mechanic prior to bringing it here where the mechanic told me it was my “broken key” & charged me 80 dollars to glue it although I could’ve glued it myself or got a new key with 100 more dollars. My car died again, took it to advanced auto parts where they checked my battery, & it was fine. The gentleman recommended this mechanic shop & I couldn’t be more satisfied! My alternator & belt was replaced that same day by Nyal & I’m so impressed by how my car feels driving! Thank you so much!!”
