“The gentleman who helped me spent 20 minutes trying to find a solution to replacing a missing screw. In the end he had to cut down a screw and grind it down to make it smooth. After all of that effort he only charged me $2.00. This was the type of service which used to be common at retail stores but now hardly exists anywhere. I’m so glad it still exists at One Stop Hardware. Thank you!”

“I had a fantastic experience with American Royal Hardware in Montclair, New Jersey. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I needed several solid brass poles cut down to custom sizes, and they took the time to assist me with precision and care. What stood out most was their commitment to customer service and their generosity toward the local community. It’s refreshing to find a locally owned hardware store where people still go above and beyond to help their customers. Thanks again Roy!”

“Nick is so helpful when it comes to choosing a paint and color from about 4000 shades of paint! I was going in circles for months over selecting a paint color so my room was at a halt but when I finally went for help with a sample of laminate in hand it took about 15 minutes for Nick's sharp eye to see the colors that work best with it and give me a choice of 2 to work with (1 dark and 1 light). He's amazing! I wont go anywhere but Ricciardi Brothers in the future!”

“I’ve been going to Newark Paint for years, and they have consistently been an incredible help with their advice, experience, and knowledge. Everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and their prices are very competitive. What really sets them apart is their expertise. They truly know their products and take the time to guide you in the right direction, whether it’s paint selection, supplies, or problem-solving during a project. They’re also a long-standing local small business, and it’s great to support a company that has built such a strong reputation in the community over the years. We’re currently doing a major addition on our home, and there was never any question where we’d be buying our paint and supplies — Newark Paint all the way. Highly recommend!”

“We had originally looked at another company and then I contacted Tristan from Breslow who walked me through a whole zoom presentation and a full mockup of what the pergola would look like. We decided to go with Breslow over other companies due to service after the buildout, customer service and reliability. Lastly and most important track record and who has used them in our area before. Nelson was their lead project on site manager who made sure the job ran smoothly. The job was efficiently done. Nelson led the team of guys. There were minor hiccups but all was resolved with constant communication. The pergola looks fabulous but the customer service from Breslow is superb!!! Nelson is truly a man of his word and truly drove this project in the right direction! A big thank you to the team.”

“I guess a few years ago they changed the formula for their pigments, and last year I came here and bought the paint that a lot of my house was done in, but it didn’t match at all. I didn’t use it, and brought it back almost a year later, along with a sample of my existing paint, and they matched it most excellently without any additional charge. The woman who helped me was extremely nice, and definitely earned my return business. Thanks for your help. It’s a near perfect match.”

He certainly is an asset to the store. “Great company!! We have ordered from Chris at Non Toxic Paint Supply for many years (8?) for work at multiple houses-he helped us by providing matching colors after Mythic went out of business, and we have ordered from him ever since. He provides excellent customer service and support, fast shipping, and most importantly, 0 VOC paint. The paint barely has a smell to it, which is great for someone like me (with reactive airway). We will continue to order from him in the future, we highly recommend Non Toxic Paint Supply!”

I live 5 minutes from a Benjamin Moore store on the south shore, and rather drive the 20 minutes to this store and deal with really nice staff. If you need paint go to this Benjamin Moore store.”

“The service and product here are fantastic. We just bought a house and I've been here multiple times for our paint needs. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Mack who went above and beyond by making a trip to another store because his location was out of the base paint we needed. He gave great tips and was willing to answer any questions.”
