“Went there to look at a bedroom set we saw online and wanted to see in person before ordering. Intent was to look then go home and order it since it was coming up a bit less online. Kleny came up to us while we were looking at some couches while we were there. Wife was looking for a specific fabric to touch and feel but unfortunately nothing on the floor was what she was looking for. Kleny went above and beyond trying to help her find what we were looking for. Unfortunately not being able to find we were going to leave but did mention we were going to order the bedroom set. She wanted us to work with her to order so we let her work up the numbers. Once she came back with the amount l we mentioned it was a better price online. At that time she got her manager involved (Johnathan). After some back and forth, price matching etc, they came up with a number less than online so we made the deal. They were also able to get it delivered quickly. I wanted to call out that they were both excellent to work with and were both very personable. We had a good time chatting while the numbers were being worked out and we feel like we got a great deal. I highly recommend and would even suggest asking for her specifically (Kleny) if you go to this store. Sincerely, happy customers.”

“I bought a high-quality pillow from Mattress Firm, and Moncef is an excellent sales expert. He introduced me to different types of pillows and helped me choose the right one based on my sleep habits.
Unfortunately, FedEx lost my package. I contacted FedEx many times but received no solution. When I called the Mattress Firm store and explained the situation, my sales expert Moncef immediately understood and went above and beyond to help me get a replacement.

“Don’t walk , run to this store and ask for Melissa! There is no one else who could do more to help me find my perfect mattress and pull all the strings to make me the happiest customer ever. Melissa was kind, attentive and knowledgeable about every single mattress that I wanted to try. She was able to figure out what was the ideal mattress that would work best for me. She really put in a lot of effort and time to make my mattress dream come true. Cannot thank her enough. I have been to other stores that salespeople do not have that much professionalism or dedication to seeing the customer find the right mattress, Melissa has both of these and much more. It takes the right person to find the perfect mattress. I’m a side stomach sleeper so it’s hard to find a hard yet soft mattress. I thought I was going for a certain mattress but Melissa insisted I should try a specific one, and she was right! It was love at first try. Only a real mattress extraordinaire could find THE ONE for me, and I have tried quite a few by now.
The store itself is clean and has a great selection of mattresses to try. Parking on site.”

There was a potential issue with delivery and we were notified by our building within an hour of delivery and Monica was available and immediately on it to help us out. They built a beautifully crafted Murphy bed for me that is solid, well-made, and fits perfectly in my space. Turning a sketch I made into reality. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final result.
It does take time, but the result is a piece of furniture made to last.
