“I love playing at this store, the owners are friendly and the crowd is always lively here, it doesn’t stink and there’s a lot of space and options for TCG bling. They offer store credit for prizes that can be used for packs or other TCG bling like dice playmats and deckboxes, and u get participation points/ store credit for entering in commander nights. That’s the best part. I’ve never done trade ins so I can’t rate that aspect but they have a bunch of bulk singles for sale. Ur store credit doesn’t expire either btw”

I just have an issue with the unorganization and lay out of the store. There is no rhyme or reason to there set up and no signs to direct you to certain needs. I would no doubt have more disolays and more sections labeled to specifics. But I will go back.”

I explained I had a collection I knew nothing about, and wanted to set up an appointment to appraise it. Although it was clear from the onset that my stamps were going to be worthless to him, he spent so much time explaining things to me - telling me what to look for, etc. His knowledge of stamps, both American and foreign is truly impressive. Based on brief descriptors from me over the phone, he was able to instantly tell me what I had, what they might be worth and stories about their provenance. Truly lovely customer service!”
