“I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I walked into the store on 5th Ave and was greeted by Janique who asked if she could help. I came prepared with warranty and broken part. Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. The next thing I knew she was coming toward me with the replacement part in hand…all this in 10 minutes!!!! I told Janique I would write a review on google. For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”

“I have been going to Modern Propane in Lodi so far back that they were operating out of a shipping container! I had a Charmhlow CC1 for over 40 years and Modern supplied me with all the replacement parts that I needed… burners, grates, knobs and handles and valves. That was a top of the line grill but finally it died. I purchased a Broil King Monarch 390 floor model. I understand that it is a top of the line Canadian product and I couldn’t be happier with it and all of Modern Propanes employees over the years. Thanks”
“I never even knew there was a show room for Ferguson and when I walked in, it nearly made me giddy to see so many products up close and personal so I could order with confidence.
But the real treat was our salesperson Janam Patel. So knowledgeable, so kind - and possessing a keen eye. Janam really took care of us. He would call with updates and involved in our every need. It was an exceptional experience.

“We worked with Joe when we went in to get a new washer, armed with all of the measurements for our 100 year old house. He took one look and showed us the washers that would fit, answered all of our questions and we bought it!
