He is so friendly, kind and most importantly knows his stuff. Hani listened to us and our needs and took us around the store to show us what the options are. He even took the extra step to set with us and talk to us about payment options so that we can still get the best deal and best quality without feeling the pressure to spend a lot of money all at once. “During the pandemic it's been hard on all of us. If you're looking for am appliance you are truly at the mercy of some of the worst customer service high cost and delayed deliveries in New York. When my fridge stopped working I called around. The best I could get was high prices, 1 hour waits on the phone and "maybe it'll be there in February". I found shulem Feldman at S&W by calling all around. He answered calls and dealt with my questions. He was sympathetic to the problems I faced. 2 weeks later my fridge was there undamaged and working. Mind you it wasn't cheap but the other retailers were sketchy and incommunicado you'll do well with S&W. Ask for Shulem.”

We told him our room size, and he explained about btu's and gave us the appropriate A/C that fit our requirements. He explained about the differences between wood and vinyl windows'”

“Gringer & Sons was very helpful during the pandemic. As reported in the news, there were severe supply chain shortages & labor shortages as well. Certain appliances were particularly difficult to acquire. My kitchen was unusable, so I didn't really have a choice. The renovatI needed a dishwasher, they were out of stock everywhere; the salesman at Gringer arranged to sell me a floor model, at a nice discount. Delivery was smooth, the unit was installed and works perfectly. Looks really nice too - it's Miele brand so it looks expensive, even though I received a great discount. The salesperson (who unfortunately has retired) was great too, good sense of humor and clear communication. Highly recommend!”

“This PC Richard location has been here for a while. It is two levels and is spacious. Sells everything from TVs to coffee makers, headphones and beyond. Usually the help there is pretty good at helping you pick out or find what you came here looking for. I have purchased tvs from here and other things. Recently it has not been crowded here, which means not having to wait on any lines.”

See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!”
