“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”

Honestly i dread going to cell phone stores bc it takes sooo long but honestly i was in and out in under 30 min & i bought a new phone, got the screen protector put on & paid off an old phone at the same time. Process was easy & smooth! Michael was so nice throughout the entire process, we cracked some jokes together. Overall great sales man! Would definitely recommend this store location.”

“Usually hesitant to do in person service cause it’s a hit or a mess, but wow the female associate was so prompt + knowledgeable. The left side of phone screen was unsalvageable + she promplty walked me through the options, promotions, and patiently prepped a new phone replacement in like less than 30 minutes. Also synced iCloud backup so it could be a quick transfer to a new phone. Store is clean, quiet and quaint. Pleasantly surprised by this location!”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”
