“My hubby and I were exploring the American Dream Mall. We are getting into hiking so we were happy to see that there was a Columbia Sportswear in the mall. We need hiking boots so went inside. When we were looking at the boots there was a young man who's name escapes me (he had brown hair, glasses and was tall) but he was very friendly and patient as he explained the various boot options and what they offered. We left without making a purchase but after 10/15 min. decided to return to purchase the hiking boots. This time around Abid helped us. Unfortunately, both of our sizes were out of stock but he checked and found my hubby's size online. I was a little disappointed that the store didn't allow us to order there and ship to our home. I kind of felt bad because they took the time to help us and couldn't benefit from the sale. We're purchasing our boots from the online site but I hope that the company comes to allow in-store ordering like Sketchers and DSW. I'm sure my hubby and I will be building up our hiking gear so we will return to purchase from the American Dream location because the staff is great.”

The cashier Lourdes AKA Lulu finalized my transaction and located the sneakers I wanted, I can said she went above and beyond, also carried an positive attitude. Keep up the good work ❤️”

“I went to this Footlocker location to buy my first pair of Crocs Echo clogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to ask the same guy to get me 3 different sizes til we found the right pair. His attitude was great, and he wasn't bothered at all. I appreciate that he took the time and effort to help me make the sale. My ONLY complaint is that there are NO first responder discounts and no discounts in store for vip members for their birthday. I was quite disappointed by this even though I still paid the full price for my Crocs. My thought is that, if you go the extra mile to make your customers come back, by giving a discount for certain things like being a first responder or a birthday discount, it's going to push me to WANT to keep spending my money in your store. A little bit goes a long way..Over-all, it was a good experience. I gotnwhat I want and for the price I knew I was going to pay.”
