“I wished I remember the name of the 2 associates that helped my daughter and me on July 29th around 7:30PM. All I can share is that the 2 young men that helped us were wonderful. They took the time to show my daughter options and the sizes she needed. They also offered to place an order online for an item they didn't have on store, which arrived in 3 days. I believe one was the manager, who literally worked with SO much ownership, Journeys is lucky to have him. Additionally, the second sales agent had a moment where we was sharing his love for watches, and make me feel very comfortable and well serviced as my daugther tried different shoes. Thank you both.”

“I rarely do any shopping in DSW anymore do to horrible Customer Service experiences and Lack of Selection for my tastes. I happen to be at the Mall with my family, and to kill time I decided to head in and look around. I actually found a pair of shoes that I liked and wanted to possibly purchase. I couldn't find anyone to help so I headed over to the checkout, either way I would find the price (multiple stickers on the shoe box) or I could just leave them their. The young lady at the front, Amaya was an excellent help. Not only was she able to quickly research the proper price of the shoes but also engaged me and my wife in small talk while we waited. I know it may not seem like much, but so often I have encounters that make me feel as if I'm bothering an employee. All this just to thank Amaya and let DSW know that it was her Customer Service that has changed my opinion about shopping their stores.”

“Yesterday I went to the Vans store to purchase shoes for my son. There were two attendants who were super. First one was named Mel and the second was named Kalen. These two people were great. They were super friendly, so patient, and really helped me. They took their time to talk to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. They were truly concerned with me finding the right pair of shoes, not just making an easy sale. If you go to this store, ask for Mel and Kalen. They were great!”

“Almost had a bad experience due to one employees customer service skills , but Emily resolved the issue. Sometimes its not the mistake but how someone handles themself after the mistake was made. Thankyou Emily.”

“This may as well be the Foot Locker flagship location. Neat, presentable store, staff who ostensibly enjoy working in retail, and a massive versatile inventory to accommodate every footwear usage you can think of. Worth a stop if you're in the American Dream mall.”
