Worst Customer service in America.What an Embarrassment! Everybody in store couldnt believe how bad it was. How about making sure they have at least a 3rd grade education before hiring them. If you dont laugh at the situation at this store it will piss you off

Nah this experience was horrible this customer service is crazy. I went to go buy Christmas gifts and we were looking for different sizes and the girl got annoyed and said why don’t we just get the right size and rolled her eyes and gave a big attitude

Poor customer service!! Employees are aloof!! Standing around in a daze!! No one offered to help or welcomed me when I walked in as they did others ( pet peeve when I’m about to spend my money)My first experience at this mall and This UGG store. I am disappointed!
