“Good store. Friendly staff. One minor situation which I thought was funny: asked a staff member if they had the hoodie to the sweatpants I was buying. He said no and said come back in 5 days. I walked about 510 feet to another section and they had a plethora or the hoodies I was asking about lol.”

“I’m leaving this glowing review for Christine. She is the sweetest lady out of all three that I’ve met within the past year. My first one was in Short Hills Mall…it’s a small store with limited stocks. Gotta point out that SAs didn’t even care about how they look…it’s ironic when u go in a Hermes store trying to look rich but the sales look like she didn’t even wash her hair for a week…lolz. Anyways…I switched store b’cuz my first SA can’t remember my name correctly after seeing her 3 times and spent 15k+. My second one was the most famous Madison store…SA was good until she doesn’t reply to my text anymore...and trust me…I inquired about a new set of of fine jewelry…not bags. She just went MIA! My third one is Christine…she’s very attentive to me and my daughter. She remembers what I told her and keeps track with everything. A++++ for her! Also…this location has the necklace and ring that I’ve been searching for and couldn’t find in stock at Madison store. Hopefully she is my last SA. She’s doing a wonderful job! I wanna stay with her forever. ?”
