Should have read reviews before renting here. Car I received had a very strong odor of mix of cigarettes, weed and tire shine. Had for a week it was terrible. Unfortunately they didn’t have other cars and did not offer any discounts or to clean the car. This place is a joke, giving bad rep to hertz.

Worst customer service and poor communication skills. They did not close out the case and were lying to customers about it. Never ever choose this place for rental. Puts on hold forever and ever.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS HERE AND DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS. I am a Hertz Gold member and have rented worldwide with zero issues until this location. I researched the reviews prior but still mistakenly chose to still go with this location. I made our reservation the morning of the rental and in the Hertz app it showed several classes of cars available and I made my reservation. From that one can only assume that there will be a car available since I had a confirmed reservation. Well, just like the prior reviews have stated, NOPE! When we showed up to rent, no cars were available. It’s absolutely ridiculous that in 2025 with the technology available that the app couldn’t tell me no cars available. Instead we had to Uber to the location, find out no cars were available, and then have to spend over $200 Ubering to where we needed to go. Note that this location is a not a standard Hertz office and is located within a used car business. Awful subpar location that is honestly a downright embarrassment to the Hertz brand. Hertz Corporate needs to seriously consider whether or not they want their Worldwide dependable brand attached to this location. READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t rent from this location. We were rented a car that had 3/4 in the tank when it was rented. We returned the car with MORE gas than we were given and we’re still charged an 80 dollar fuel charge… Calling the location to resolve the problem led to nothing . The people there are very unprofessional and continuously brushed us off until it was “ too late for them to change anything “ ended up having to dispute the charge ourselves with the credit card company. Thinking of contacting the BBB after reading all the similar exploitative reviews .

Booked a car last night and their system accepted it. Then got a call this morning that they had 'no cars available.' It's 2024, not 2004 - if this location is still running a system that requires human verification of available cars, then they are majorly impacting their customers (like me) and deserve one star. Now I have to go find another rental car last minute. Will do my best to avoid Hertz in the future.

I got a rental. Paid for an Uber and came here just for them to tell me they have no cars. And then they are unable to cancel my reservation so I’d get charged for it.

Not a standard Hertz office. This particular location shares space with an auto sales /service repair business. Not a very welc9ming environment. Waited for 20 minutes before the Hertz reagent came into the office... Car was not clean inside, traces of animal hair throughout, sticky substance on dash/radio screen, and children's toys left in the trunk... It was disturbing that the car was dirty, especially considering there is still a pandemic... luckily I had lysol spray and wipes with me and could clean again before entering vehicle. (Not possible to get a replacement because they don't have additional inventory onsite). Considering they have a sign posted warning that an additional $400 will be charged for detailing if their is pet hair or other stains in car... quite disappointing as a Gold Member...

Just like the other customer, They pulled the same trick on us. We had the reservation and when we went to get the car, we were told thatthey do not have the car and can give a car if the rate is $15. 00 over the booking per day. This place is not trustworthy. They exploit customers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS.

I reserved a car online during the week 2 days prior from reservation received a call 45 mins before my pick up time that they have no cars available for my 5 day reservation and cancelled my reservation. I asked what can I do next the employee told me to call reservations and I called they told me I will not receive the same price in rentals to pick up from another location. To me that completely unfair and unprofessional I reserved the car I should be able to get the car and not have to struggle the day that I leave to find another place due to lack of efficiency at this place. Don’t advertise what you don’t have.

My husband and I rented a car at this location we had paid for the car and the day of we go and pick it up they say they don’t have the car and the guy that’s works there was clueless didn’t offer an option or help at all he said to call hertz directly. As we called hertz directly they said we were booked our reservation was paid for and that they needed to provide us with a car or at least help us find one. And guess what neither happened. He just said it’s not on him we need to figure it out !So disappointing .
