Ashley gave me the time and space to look around, but also took initiative at the right time and came with us to different areas in the store to help me compare colors and fabrics. She really went above and beyond and was so patient and kind. We really appreciated the personable nature of Carl the store manager as well. He even remembered us from a previous visit!
