“Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! They always have exactly what I’m looking for and more! Above and beyond any other pet supply store I have been to :)”
“This is by far the best pet food and supply store in the area! Its the perfect neighborhood store with knowledgeable, friendly employees, a wide variety of brands and supplements (many of which the larger, big name stores in the area do not carry), and they have great monthly sales! Plus, they offer fun, seasonal pet centered events for holidays and such. Stop in and see for yourself! Its likely to become your go-to local pet food store like it has for me and so many other pet parents in the area.”

“Sue had helped me and my wife today try on paddocks, chaps, and britches. We had no idea what we really needed. She picked out what we needed, fitted us, and checked us out. She was super helpful and knowledgeable.
Made it an experience that stood out. Thank you again Sue!!!”
“Andrea and Oliver were very friendly and helpful. This store carries lots of stuff for cats. Huge variety of collars, litter, and food. Found everything we wanted and a bunch of fun stuff too! We don’t have dogs but the treats are adorable 💖”
“The staff is really great. Everyone goes out of their way to make your shopping experience, very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and always answers any questions that you may have. I would highly recommend them”
“Debby, you are an angel!! I came to wash my dog, I bought a few things and Debby was so nice, so patient and helpful, I had to come online and give a review. Thank you for taking the initiative to help me Debby, I appreciate your initiative and kindness. ❤ (my receipt says her name is Deborah but her name tag said Debby)”
“Thorsten was the best sales associate. Came in to get special food for my young cat and he not only helped find pumpkin puree he also found some probiotics. So helpful and now our little guy is feeling much better!”
“Shout out to the groomers at Hamilton Petsmart! Highly recommend. Scarlett is very kind and always makes us feel comfortable- even holding my little guy when he wants extra attention!”
“Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”
“Completed 12 weeks of training and passed the AKC STAR Puppy exam. What a great program and wonderful instructor. We have seen so much amazing improvement with our pup and ourselves as dog owners. Would recommend to everyone. Just signed up for another 12 weeks to work towards the CGC exam. Thank you!”
“Not bad. Not bad at all. Went in for cat food. Found a variety which is important. Cashier was extra nice and I'm not chatty. But I love a person who takes pride in their jobs.”
“About their grooming. The only one who does a excellent job is a little girl called Joey. every time I had someone else bathe him he came back still smelling like a dog. I don't think they even washed his head at all. Now I will only bring him there if I know Joey is going to bathe him . She is very good and I have many friends at the dog park who take the dogs and only let Joey work on them.”

“My boyfriend and I went in this evening to set up a new aquarium and had an amazing experience thanks to David. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gave us so many helpful pointers for establishing a new tank.
Thanks to his guidance, we ended up getting the 5-gallon Fluval Spec Aquarium along with a bunch of great accessories. David’s stellar service made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back to this location for all our future pet needs!”
