“This summer, I put my parents there twice a week to break up the travel and a nice change from New York to the Jersey shore. The staff has been phenomenal. The rooms were perfect perfect. The cleanliness the customer service it was beyond words. And my mother is very picky and extremely picky and she has loved every minute being there which says a ton about the management and the warmth of the entire staff. Thank you so much on behalf of my parents and myself.”

“The room is decent… the door doesn’t seem to shut all the way though. The beds are comfortable and nice rooms with a desk, and counter space. There is a small refrigerator, but no microwave which is disappointing especially given the price of the room. Not much for anything around except an Applebees. Not very good water pressure in the shower. The second night of my stay I noticed a BUNCH of bugs on the desk all over where my computer is. They came out of nowhere, possibly through the gap on the desk. Again, not a good look for the price of the rooms. Parking is terrible! The back parking lot does have a side entrance so you don’t have to walk all the way around the building but the elevator is out of service so it is quite the hike to get back to the front entrance ( the only one working ). Coffee seems to be ignored, as everything was empty the first morning. There is also no complimentary breakfast, nickel and diming guests to pay for breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. There is no menu online for the restaurant, and no menus or flyers in the room for it either. Pretty underwhelming overall and way overpriced.”

“The Crystal inn in Eatontown New Jersey is a acceptable place to stay when visiting the beach in Long Branch New Jersey. First room that I was provided smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room had the smell of marijuana. Rooms have minimal accommodations which reflect on the price of the room. The pool is very nice. We did experience a naked man walk out of his room first thing this morning, which I will have burned into my brain for an unfortunate while. I guess you get what you pay for. +$400 for 2 nights”
