“Had plans to visit family on cape cod that fell through, so reserved an October Friday night here with my special someone last minute. Was blown away by how wonderful our experience was, device was great, rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the pool deck was unbelievable. We sat out there and read and watched the ocean for hours.
Incredible spot, highly recommend for a romantic get-away”

“My husband and I were actually supposed to stay at another hotel for our wedding night and unfortunately from miscommunication somewhere else that plan fell through so a week prior to my wedding after many phone calls and online searching I was intrigued to stay here from the good reviews and boutique trendy vibes I saw on line. I had talked to the manager and explained my whole unfortunate situation and was thrilled she said she would be able to book us a night stay(all other hotels only let us book 2) we only needed one night. I explained it’s my wedding night and if they could please make it special and she ensured of course and said she would upgrade my room to the king room. When we had checked in they greeted us with a congratulations and walked us to our room. When we walked in I was surprised there was nothing in there that made it feel special or hospitable to our wedding night and no communication on why they didn’t. So I assumed they forgot about the conversation on the phone. The king room if we weren’t told just came off like a regular room, it was very simple and boutique like. I wouldn’t say it was cozy the bed was a little stiff and there was no bubbles for the bath they provide in the room. When we addressed the issue of the absence of making it special for our wedding night she had reassured us that they remembered but it was a gifted candle when we would check out. I was quite confused on the gift but it was nice and we accepted the offer. When we checked out I had to go back again because there was no candle waiting. If your looking for a place to have a celebratory night I think communication of expectations should be discussed prior to enjoying the stay.”

“The pros: great location, in walking distance to beach and stores. Contactless check-in makes late night arrival a breeze. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good (seriously where do you guys get that lemon pound cake? It’s all I can think about! The cons: we stayed in #7 and while the room itself was nice, the window air conditioning units need some attention. They do blow cold air, but they may need some cleaning. Both nights of our stay, my boyfriend and I woke up both morning with sinus issues that relieved when we left during the day but came back when we returned to the room at night. We would stay here again.”
“Just got back from a great stay at the Chateau Inn & Suites. The place is charming and super clean, but what really made it special was the staff. Sage, April, and Ryan were awesome, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again.”

“I had such a genuinely wonderful experience at The Inn at Ocean Grove. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Liz runs the place with so much care it really shows in the little details that make your stay feel personal instead of just transactional.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the space is beautifully kept, and you can tell there’s intention behind everything from the décor to the way guests are treated. It felt like a perfect escape, whether you’re looking to relax, reset, or just enjoy a quiet, charming place by the ocean.
What stood out most to me was the hospitality. Liz is attentive and creates an environment where you feel comfortable and taken care of without being overbearing. And Ashley is always warm and welcoming when I see her, and her breakfast blueberry muffins are absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and heartfelt at the same time, but they absolutely nail it.
I would 100% recommend The Inn at Ocean Grove to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run, and genuinely enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back.”

“This is my fave spot in Asbury for a treat yourself day. The pool is the perfect spot for a solo date or a friend meet up! The staff is always lovely, the environment is so calming and chill (it is a 21+ facility so no annoying kids), and the pool side food options are always delish! I love the availability to order a drink or bite delivered right to your chair with the QR code which indicates your chair location.”

“I stayed at belmar inn in 2024 it was so nice inside n the staff was so pleasant. The owner I give thumbs up he was so nice. My room was at the top of the stairs it was nice n comfy, even thou I had to sleep with the markee sign that said belmar inn In my window,I didn't have a issue with that from light shinning in the window. I did have a leak in my window of cold air near bed but they fixed it by putting plastic wrap over the window n taping it. It was such a nice motel two mins from the beach right u could walk to every day. And 7 eleven even thou had to walk to 8th ave by the beach it was convenient at night when u wanted something late snack. N then u had another 7 eleven n dollar general off mainstreet but that was six blocks n they were only open til 9 pm. It too bad the motel gonna be replaced for condos they could have made a lot of money since belmar motor lodge is now gone. ?”

“My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant was excellent and so were the cocktails. We ate breakfast there everyday. While exploring one day, we ran into some monkeys on the grounds and also some cool birds.I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and really enjoy some r&r. We spent a lot of time doing activities around Monteverde but also spent a lot of time in our room enjoying the view.I’d also definitely recommend breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Very good!”

I don't understand why they allow this type of employee—people who consume alcohol during work hours while others are working hard. And it wasn't just one person; there were three women whose behavior made it obvious they had been drinking.”

“The room is decent… the door doesn’t seem to shut all the way though. The beds are comfortable and nice rooms with a desk, and counter space. There is a small refrigerator, but no microwave which is disappointing especially given the price of the room. Not much for anything around except an Applebees. Not very good water pressure in the shower. The second night of my stay I noticed a BUNCH of bugs on the desk all over where my computer is. They came out of nowhere, possibly through the gap on the desk. Again, not a good look for the price of the rooms. Parking is terrible! The back parking lot does have a side entrance so you don’t have to walk all the way around the building but the elevator is out of service so it is quite the hike to get back to the front entrance ( the only one working ). Coffee seems to be ignored, as everything was empty the first morning. There is also no complimentary breakfast, nickel and diming guests to pay for breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. There is no menu online for the restaurant, and no menus or flyers in the room for it either. Pretty underwhelming overall and way overpriced.”

“Our visit was for 1 night, beds & pillows were great.Beds were not high from the floor normal height, great w/my disability. We had a kitchen, normal size fridge,room was very clean, tv worked great.Bad side, door was wide open when we got off the elevator upon arrival, air conditioner went on over night & almost froze us out, when we called the front desk a woman answered and did nothing about it, wondering why they have overnight staff if they wont even come and check the room or offer to change our room.Free breakfast is a real joke, they offer coffee in big erns from a small table at the front door, sloppy and they should not offer this as it looks terrible and junky,Cigarrette buts all over the entrance entrance and sidewalk in the parking lot”

“The Crystal inn in Eatontown New Jersey is a acceptable place to stay when visiting the beach in Long Branch New Jersey. First room that I was provided smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room had the smell of marijuana. Rooms have minimal accommodations which reflect on the price of the room. The pool is very nice. We did experience a naked man walk out of his room first thing this morning, which I will have burned into my brain for an unfortunate while. I guess you get what you pay for. +$400 for 2 nights”
“Nice sized room, extremely comfortable bed. Lack of info at check in... Didn't give us WiFi info, or ice machine snot on every floor. But overall a nice stay for the price”
“This is our second time staying at Berkeley Hotel. It was lovely. I have a few suggestions. The hallways are absolutely freezing. This was extremly uncomfortable after going to the beach as on one is wet. There are no hooks to hang bathing suits and towels.”

“I want to say the name is now called the ( ANCHOR INN ) It's very quiet, staff is polite and it's very clean. There's no DRUGS. The new owners are very strict on traffic and drugs so if that is what u are into this is not the place for you this new owners cleaned it up. Police patrol daily. There's no crime I've left my door open several times and went to the office you must be a registered guest and visitors must check in at the office they're very strict on that if you are looking for a place that's quiet, clean, and you are in need of rest than this is the place for you. If you have a vehicle it will be safe no matter what I've been here for a year due to a fire in the apartments I lived and waiting on another place to open. So, I know what it's like here. This is also the cheapest in the area as for anything cheaper than this it would be full of drugs and crime and I wouldn't recommend unless of course that is what u are into if not then this is the place for you. Hope to see you soon. They'll leave the light on for you.?”
