I needed a small tweak to the size when I returned and they were quick to assist. They want to make sure I'm happy and comfortable. (it's just a tad big, like a. 0001 of a mm). Emily also appraised my ring quickly to ensure we got insurance before our trip.

“In February I took my vintage 1665 Sea Dweller to Leonardo's for service. I was informed that it would have to go to the Rolex Service Center for evaluation for service. Leo spoke to Rolex and explained that I did not want the face or hands changed. After 6 weeks called, said they would service it, and get a new bracelet, and not change the face, hands or polish the case. It came back this week and is exactly as requested and looks great.
Leonardo's staff is excellent and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a few megladon teeth for our collection at Earth Treasures. I completely appreciated the kindness and education we were given during our visit.
