“During my Aug 13th visit to the Eatontown store, I had a serious issue. I was told by a store associate that my gift card containing $100 did not have any funds on it. This was false, but the associates that were processing my transaction were led to believe that due to an issue with Nordstrom Rack's computer system. I was understandably upset after being told this by associates in full view of other customers, however, a gentleman named Jahiya quickly resolved this issue with great patience and care. He demonstrated strong leadership skills and he should be recognized for this. The lady associate (who may have also been a manager) who falsely claimed that there were no funds on the card should also be commended for her patience, as she did not retaliate with me after I criticized her.”
“The store was clean, the staff was very helpful, and checkout was quick and easy. I only gave it 4 stars because the website showed the item I wanted was in stock, but after making the trip to the store, I found out it was actually out of stock.”

“Nice place to find discounted household items. Found a great throw pill for $3.78!! Found lots of great work out clothes. The only downside is it’s not well staffed. Like a skeleton crew down there but…the staff is pleasant and helpful.”
