He saw that I was having trouble and immediately took action by reopening the building, turning on the system, and check what the issue was. I had tons of questions and he was able to clarify them all for me. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me to dish out money. He genuinely wanted to help make sure I was satisfied with the unit and size we chose. He even went out his way to help us with the app and the gate entry. His customer service was phenomenal!
