“Handled by Fred, very personable and great to work with. Ultimately there was an issue wth the unit I selected for my vehicle storage, it was a few inches short or the car a few inches too long, so I couldn't use the units that were available at this location. But Fred contacted their nearby location and got me squared away with Antonio there and every thing turned out just right. A little sad I wasn't able to have a spot at this location since it is really convenient for me, but the other one isn't far away and they both have great access.”

“I recently went to my storage unit and after I went I received a phone call asking how my visit was and if I had any questions or concerns about the unit. I told them that yes it did smell like mice but I didn’t see any , Aisha the rep who called assured me that it would be taken care of immediately. She was very kind and only took a minute out of my day , I’m happy to know that the lots are taken care of and customers receive the service they pay for! When I go back to my unit I will update on the smell but as of now I definitely recommend this location especially with it being close to the city and suburbs”
