The tenants are quiet and friendly, and the lobby, hallways and elevators are kept clean and tidy. I feel that their rental rates are very fair, they allow pets, and the building and apartments are well maintained. The property managers are very responsive and friendly. Any calls for maintenance have been addressed quickly and efficiently and the building concierge are very helpful, professional and personable. The location is also very convenient to stores, restaurants and public transportation. I'm very pleased to be living here the past 5 and 1/2 months.”
