“777 is the first apartment I lived in when I moved back to NYC after Covid. Juan, Tamara, Luis, Jonathan, Jose, Adrian and the rest of concierge team always made the building felt like home. It’s always nice to come home to them. I miss the spontaneous chats with all of them. The building responds quickly to maintenance requests. Zoe and Zakia were always patient with my questions as well. Unfortunately after the first year, I can’t afford living here anymore due to the rent increase (hence the four star review). The proximity to K town, flatiron, and Chelsea and the security of the building is awesome.”

“The staff of 121 Madison Avenue is excellent - courteous and hardworking. Danny, the super , Nasir, Uron, the handymen Hodge, Ennis, two of the doorman are all first-rate and tireless in their efforts on behalf of the building and the tenants .Danny, the super has a surprising eye for design - the basement he has designed and layed out is singular - not only is it clean, it is bright and homey with paintings on the walls that make it look almost like a gallery. Who ever heard of a cozy basement…”

The amenities are exceptional, but what truly stands out is the amazing team that runs it all. “Update on 9/16/23: the road has completed construction for a while, no noise any more….i see the building has replied as wellI moved in on 8/31/23. Every single night, there is the road construction going on!! It’s 1:45am now, the construction is non stop!!! All night long!!! With the truck beeping all the time, along with mechanism noise!!! Seriously!!! Horrible!!!! I have taken videos with evidence! The leasing office never mentioned anything about a construction at night! It ruined my sleep and my life!! I’ll see how longacre leasing office will solve this issue for me, and will keep everyone updated here. Here is a photo since I couldn’t upload video here. Everyone, before you move in, be careful and ask leasing office about the noise first!!!!”

“My brother moved to Hudson Crossing last April. He LOVES it there. The building is beautiful and well managed with friendly and responsive staff. The location could not be more perfect. “As an investor, I recently contacted these guys for help with my homeowners association and was incredibly impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that they provided.Our HOA is in disarray, the management company is ineffective, and needless to say we (the board) are overwhelmed deferred property maintenance and collections. However, Adam, who I believe is the owner, was extremely helpful. He shared several real-life experiences that proved to be valuable in guiding our association's next decisions. Moreover, he was approachable and pointed out a few blind spots that I wasn't aware of.Overall, it is great working with these guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing similar issues with their HOA.”

“i've been wanting to make this review for the last year. as newbies to the city, my partner and i had no idea where to live. we heard good things about Related buildings, and took a leap of faith signing at The Westport. ...and it has been the greatest aspect about living in nyc. from the very first day, the staff welcomed us to the property like they were greeting old friends. the doormen, bekim, sammy, asmail, jose, & jose along with the entire maintenance, leasing, and management staff have been hospitable, helpful, and kind every. single. day. i cannot recommend living here enough - if there is a need for maintenance the staff arrives within the hour. the roof has a gorgeous view of the city and amenities are clean, accessible, and well-maintained. The Westport staff have brought so much joy and created a "home away from home" experience for us. we are so thankful to the team for making this past year so special!!”

Nevertheless, Angel from leasing was an absolute pleasure. She is one of the most modest and charming leasing agents I've ever encountered. She is also incredibly knowledgeable.”

“We are so happy living here! The building is very close to the subway, Riverside Park, and tons of great restaurants! It's such a lovely area. And everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Eva made the leasing process so easy, was patient in answering all of our questions, and is just such a joy to work with - she knows everyone in the building and helps to make it feel like home! The super, Jonathan, is SO nice, helpful, and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone in the building is happy with their apartment. Salem is the most reliable handyman I've ever met. He shows up when he says he will, follows up, and can fix anything! A bonus is you can't really hear street noise outside, which is AMAZING in New York City. We're so happy living here!”

“What a perfect apartment! The apartment is near by subway, coffe shop, restaurants, and stores such as Trader Jo, Duane Reade. All of doorman and members of maintenance team are absolutely kind, nice, and professional. For example, whenever I have some trouble with some condition of my room, the members of maintenance team always come to my room asap and then fix everything perfectly. In addition, the area surrounding the apartment is quite safety and calm, making me feel comfortable to stay in here. The way to deal with trash is so easy that I can save some time and energy. I really recommend this apartment to every people.”

“I have traveled extensively around the world. My last trip took me to New York for medical treatment. I needed a long term stay hotel with kitchen amenities. I was directed to AKA Sutton. From April until July, I experienced the most superb service and comfortable lodging I have ever encountered. The hotel has everything possible to allow you to feel at home. It is convenient to transportation, restaurants and hospital facilities. There are no words to describe the wonderful staff. Every employee becomes your family with legitimate warmth and care. I have never experienced anything quite similar to the AKA Sutton. I would like to mention the incredible staff who made my stay the absolute best I have ever had in all my travels.
