“The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.”

“Location, location, location! Edgewater New Jersey Express. The area alone gets 5 stars for its beautiful views of Manhattan. Quality clothing at a low price. This store is never crowded. I usually go there for quick returns. Returning items by mail is the opposite of express. Work pants is the main goal here. Sales are always popping up. 40,50 and 60%. Wait for the 60% if you can, it's worth it and will always happen. I've seen their pants sell as low as $38 each and I only buy when it hits that number. Like stock, buy low. You won't be disappointed.”
“Merchandise selection is good. Plenty of recognizable mall brand names at discounts that are more generous than even the promotions these mall stores are providing at their own shops. It's definitely not for high end shopping of course, but for everyday needs like basic, casual clothing for the whole family, household items, toys, handbags, the deals are good. Best of all, the line isn't 50+ people deep. I checked out on a Saturday evening within 10 minutes. Remarkable.”

I’m from NY and a hoodie for my son was sold at a store by me and I thought I would never get this hoodie. I called this store and gave the style number and this lady saved the day for me !! It may not be a lot to others but for me CUSTOMer Service is everything and not only did she hold the hoodie for me, but she was a pleasure in person as well. I will def drive 50 minutes to this location again because the inventory is better!! Thank you again ❤️”
