“The service we received when purchasing our mattress was outstanding. Kendell was extremely knowledgeable, and helped my wife and I find the perfect mattresses. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a new mattress.”
“I went to the store during their 4th of July sale and Irandel greeted me and assisted me right away. She showed me the mattresses on sale and when I told her my concerns and budget, she showed me all the options (and thankfully there were plenty!). Irandel was very knowledgeable of the different kinds of mattresses, how springs affect support, explaining gel mattresses etc. She was personable from the start. Even if I asked the same question over and over again till I understood, she was patient and explained it till I got it. She interacted with me like a regular person and I enjoyed that the most. Ended up buying a mattress and I can’t wait to sleep on it lol!”
“Mr. MD was very helpful when I was looking for a refrigerator. He showed me several different options, explained the features and differences between them, and helped me understand which one would be best for what I needed. I really appreciated his help and great customer services.”
“I purchased a tempurpedic with Robert right over the phone and had such a smooth experience. Robert was so personable and made me feel like he was truly trying to get me the best deal possible, unlike other mattress companies I’ve been to where you feel like they’re just trying to make a sale. It’s being delivered within 48 hrs which is exceptional compared to other companies that have told me 2-3 week deliveries. SO happy with my purchase! Will definitely be recommending my family and friends to mattress firm in Paramus! Thank you Robert for your kindness!”
“I’ve never been to P.C. Richard & Son before, but I was relieved when I reached the front desk. I had some questions about a delivery order and Arianna helped me out easily. She was friendly and awesome! Led through procedures and the process I would undergo for maintenance or other issues. Really rolled out the red carpet. I will be coming back!”
“If you are looking for a new mattress set I highly recommend visiting Alvaro at the Astoria location. He is highly informative, charming and prioritizes your sleeping comfort with an interactive demonstration. He’s great and does right by his clients. 10/10!”
“John was very helpful. He pulled out 2 mattresses to let me try and one of them twice after I tried a couple on the selling floor. Seemed to be more interested in making sure I was satisfied than trying to sell me a very expensive mattress. He gave me a good deal and I am very happy with the purchase.”
“Marcos was great from start to finish he answered all my questions, can’t wait to go to the beach with my new speaker!! And he also suggested on getting a 8 year warranty!!! Thank you Marcos.”
“One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time when making such an important decision. Choosing a bed can be difficult and expensive but Ally made it fun and easy as well as getting us the best possible pricing. She is really one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with.”
“John S and Gerson C were very helpful in my purchase of a Samsung TV here on a rainy Sunday. Whole process was speedy and easy and even though I wasn’t approved for P.C. Richard’s credit card the process to apply was a breeze. I will be returning for shopping in the future!”
“Rohat, was knowledgeable and assisted me in picking the right mattress for my needs. “My experience today was AMAZING. Gained a loyal customer due to the well informative and amazing Sleep Expert Christian Valentin. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress. Mann this guy can sell water to a Fish. Amazing at what he does truly impressed. Made the time go by fast, with all the knowledgable information and wholesome hospitality. This guy deserves a raise man!!”

“I have been purchasing beds from mattress firm for many many years! I decided late one evening it was time to by a new mattress. I ran down to mattress firm. Kyle was
My salesman. He was very attentive and informative. Wasn’t trying to pressure me or sell me anything that wasn’t in my price range. Literally within 15 minutes I picked out my mattress , wrote up the order and was out the door with an expected delivery to meet my time frame. I highly recommend Mattress Firm. And especially the one located in Edgewater NJ.”
