Unfortunately, FedEx lost my package. I contacted FedEx many times but received no solution. When I called the Mattress Firm store and explained the situation, my sales expert Moncef immediately understood and went above and beyond to help me get a replacement.

My advice is to visit this mattress store and avail yourself of the awesome variety of different levels of soft to firm components available. Anthony and Daniel were particularly helpful and enjoyed being of assistance and answering my questions. We were able to find the exact combination of mattress and topper that fits our needs. We were looking to find both the optimal comfort and the optimal mattress height! This company offers wonderful comfort in mattresses that range from 10 inches to those 15.5 and 16 inches. For our ergonomic needs we wanted our mattress and platform combined height to be no more than 24-25 inches. We now have king EOS 12 inch mattress with a coil and topper combo that allows great support and comfort. “My husband and I found Craig on the web and wandered into his store in an office building on west 38th street one rainy friday afternoon. Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.”
