“Although I had recently cancelled my service with T Mobile, I had to visit the Edgewater store to scan my ID in order to deal with a billing issue. Naisha U, helped me immediately, verified my ID and connected me with a customer care rep on the phone, who was anything but helpful. She continued to follow up with me and stepped in when she saw how frustrated I was getting on the phone. Once the process was finally complete, she went above and beyond to confirm the issue was actually resolved to ensure I would no longer be billed for a service that was cancelled over a month ago. Her customer service skills are impeccable as were the rest of the team I witnessed working with customers. They are truly about creating a positive customer experience at this location and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.”
