He was not pushy, but made great suggestions that actually met our needs. He was knowledgeable about the plan options and promotions and was clear and concise explaining the phones. Switching to Spectrum gave us one free phone line for a year and a second for only $30. We've switched from Straight Talk and will save $20/mo even after the promotion ends in a year.
