“It's a little bit pricey, but my kid had a lot of fun. At first, their system accepted my appointment at a private event. We had to wait for two hours until the event finished. My daughter was so disappointed since we came all the way from downtown Brooklyn. The staff apologized for the mixed up nicely, and as a software engineer, I know that technology is not reliable sometimes. So, I decided not to blame the store. Everyone there was so nice, my daughter really enjoyed her craft and said that she wanted to come back next time.But I'd recommend looking into the system issue since it was very disappointing at the beginning.”

“Artist & Craftsman store for years— I’ve been so happy to find that the Williamsburg location offers the same level of warmth and kind customer service! Taylor and Abdiel helped me find some leather paints this week, Bryn and another associate (whose name is escaping me, sorry) helped me with spray paint/acrylics recently as well. Everyone was so patient and they never make me feel annoying for asking advice about the products. I will keep coming back, because the experience reminds me of home :) also the music always slaps. 10/10”
“There aren't too many toy stores left so this store is a little bit of a diamond in the rough. It's mostly for younger kids but my niece who's 11 years old loves to come here still. Decent sized store and a decent selection of toys. They have some name brand things as well as independent or less name brand toys as well which is nice. Action figures, games, sports stuff and I want to say drones and bikes even. More of a boutique shop and the folks that work here are super nice and polite.”
“They were closing in 5 mins as we walked in they let us know but the owner helped us find exactly what we were looking for and with the second request he knew it wasn’t in stock, searched for it online, found the next store, then after leaving (to not be more of a nusence) he came out and found us to tell us and showed us the location, route, and time it’d take. Truly amazing people definitely an amazing collection of different toys as well as cute adult accessories including unique keychains. 10/10 thank you so much”
