Brought in my Quintana Roo tri bike for a new cassette, chain, handlebar tape, tires, and a general tune-up. These guys did an awesome job in only two days! Honestly, my ride is feeling like the first day I got on the bike 12 years ago.

Stepped in the shop as a newbie. Knowledgeable staff that helped setup 3 different bikes for tryouts and made suggestions in a non-aggressive format.
Made the purchase the very next day and had everything setup in another day. Full satisfaction.

I was at the store, and we were told that if we order a bike at our local store, it will be ready for us in 2-3 days. That was a lie! Over a week later we are still waiting.

Steven took care of my bike and singlehandedly left my bike running brand new. What 3 major bike shops in the area could not do after multiple visits, Steve was able to take care of it in 1 shot. Highly recommend. I will undoubtedly be sending my buddies here instead of the unprofessional technicians that I have encountered along the way. Communication was on point and there was no hidden charges at the time of pickup. Quite frankly the best experience I’ve had at a bike shop in a long time.
