“I’ve been coming here ever since it opened as one of the first legal dispensaries. Consistently good product and service. I only go for flower that was grown organically and sustainably - and they have great options here. I just wish this was labeled more prominently on the ordering pages. I never want anything grown with pesticides or toxic chemicals to make it grow fast - or grown in moldy conditions. I also love the dark chocolate bars infused with cannabis. Dark chocolate pairs well with everything.”

“This specific puff city location is the best one out of them all. They have literally everything from tobacco, cbd, pipes, incense, cartridges, gummies, delta 8, lighters etc.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their customer service was top-notch. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
The drink special is a real steal—such great value for the quality and taste! I also loved that the venue is super kid-friendly, which is a huge plus for all the parents out there. It's rare to find a spot that offers such a welcoming atmosphere for families while still being fun for adults.

“I wanted to stop smoking, so I decided to switch to vaping. I bought a pod system and salts from another store, and the experience was terrible. I wanted a flavor that was similar to disposables, and that wasn't what I received. The vape sat in a drawer, and I continued buying disposables. I always felt bad about discarding lithium batteries every few days, so I resumed my quest for something that I liked. Good Guys is the around the corner from my house, so I decided to stop in.I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was excellent! I explained what I wanted in my weird, convoluted way, yet he knew exactly what I was looking for. I respected the fact that he did not try to sell me a new vape when he easily could have; he let me know the vape I had was perfectly fine. He determined I like a sweeter nic salt, and made the perfect recommendation. I liked that he was knowledgeable and understood the products that he was selling. I have been to other stores that haven't slightest idea. This is another reason why I stuck to disposables. I couldn't find a store who knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Good Guys, especially if you're new to vaping and need help picking out something you'll like.”

I have been a long time customer of The Green Room for a few years now. They sell quality products, reasonably priced, and it's always a seamless process whether buying in their store or online. What prompted me to write a review was I had recently purchased an online order during the Cyber Monday sale. Despite TGR sending it out the same day I ordered it, the USPS managed to lose it. Tracking did not reflect an acceptance scan for over a week. I was initially very upset at this, given my positive experience with TGR, and sent an admittedly passive aggressive email. Despite my frustration, TGR had another order sent out literally the same day I raised the issue and it arrived literally the next business day. About another week after this... my original order finally arrived... I emailed TGR offering to mail it back and they told me to keep it for being a long time customer. Needless to say, I will continue to be a long time customer.”
