There was a small delay due to having to find a part which they communicated immediately and then without needing to reach back out to them, they automatically provided me with an update once part was received.

“Tammy and the team were amazing. My car was side swiped in a parking lot so I took it to them to get looked at and I'm glad I did. She fought with the insurance company tooth and nail to get absolutely everything I needed done PROPERLY with my car. I can't stress 'properly' enough. Every little plastic fastener, every little sensor, nut and bolt even things I didn't even think of. She always kept me updated and informed with what was going on with my car and with the insurance company. They made an already stressful situation much less painful. My car came back as nice as the day i got it. I highly reccomend them if you're looking for any work done on your car. Thank you guys!”

“So, I found that there are oil plugs that are valves, so you never have to take the plug out to change your oil and never fish it out of hot oil. Rather than buy it online, I found a competitor version selling in a Bricks and Mortar store, and it was FleetPride on Talmadge Avenue, so I called them up and they said it was in a sister store but I could order it and pick it up there by the end of the week. The guy on the phone was so helpful. Even hung on the line with me.
The thing arrived a day earlier than the site said, so I drove in to get it. I loved the storefront, the guy helping me was patient when my card declined and even reminded me of an accessory that lets you attach a hose to the oil valve saving you from having to clean a drain pan. I ended up leaving with the accessories I had forgotten to order. All in all, it was a cool place, and that goes for the air-conditioning too.”

I had such a bad experience with open road mini of Morristown that I was nervous to move forward. But I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and not shady everyone was. I'll probably come back every year for my oil change to be honest. Great service all around”

I did my appointment through the app. I was on time. Give or take 5 minutes *wink! The mechanics were extremely professional. I observed mechanics displaying that same courteous professional mannerisms to all the customers. Front end cashier area, patient, with same professionalism.. Actually wish I had everyone’s name!
