Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.

“I originally visited to have my driver side power window fixed. However a few days later I realized the power door lock on the same side stopped working. I went back to the shop and the manager Joe told me frankly it could be a loose wire during the previous repair and they would do diagnostic and repair free if it was the case. In the end indeed it was a loose wire and they fixed it quickly. I understand mistakes do happen and I appreciate the honesty from both managers Joe and Betty (she is super friendly too). The mechanic David was very competent and helpful, and made a super quick fix, even though he wasn't the one who originally worked on my car. Thank you all!”
