“let me start off by saying this is my first time using ubry's. I was having some problems with my truck, turned out it needed a new fuel tank. Went in and i was greeted by mike who right away got me in and took the keys to my truck and told me they would get in touch once they looked over everything and confirmed the repair. Next day i was called by his father Don who told me that it would need a new tank and that he had located one for me, turns out the tank was no good and he had then again searched and located another tank for me. making a long story short the tank that he had found was damaged by the shipping company during transport. Mike then got on the phone with the company that i had ordered the replacement tank from and had them send out another to the shop. All this time my truck was kept safe and sound! finally after all these issues with the fuel tank we had a nice tank delivered. In no time at all these guys got my truck running again and back on the road. These mechanics have to be the most friendly and kind mechanics i have ever met, I have been looking for a local shop for the past couple month to do my repairs when needed. It is safe to say i have found that shop and i will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else but these guys! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! if you guys are looking for honest and amazing auto repairs i recommend you give these guys a try, IM sure you will not meet any greater mechanics than mike and don!”

We broke down on the New Jersey Turnpike with a flat tire, which was terrifying with cars and trucks flying by on both sides while we were stuck in the middle. Thankfully, we were able to get help putting on a donut spare, but after that we spent over 24 hours trying to get a replacement rental car with no success. We were exhausted, stressed, and far from home, traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina with my young daughter and our dog.

We first went to Mavis, where we were told they couldn’t repair the tire and that we would need to purchase a new one. Before doing that, I decided to try a smaller local shop. We drove across the street to FBN Auto Sales & Services, and the moment I met Steve, everything changed.

After I explained our situation, Steve immediately reassured me that he would take care of us. He told me to take a deep breath and promised everything would be okay\. His kindness and calm demeanor instantly eased the panic and stress we had been carrying for the past day.

Steve truly went above and beyond. He made sure our dog had water, helped unload and reload all of our belongings, and treated us with genuine compassion from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about people, especially complete strangers.

Not only was his customer service exceptional, but his work was fast, thorough, and done right. We were in and out in no time, and we’ve had zero issues since.

“These people are very good at what they do. First of all, they are very friendly and knowledgable on cars. The Mechanic (Dennis--> I think) was able to check and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Before, he even start working on the car, he called me and informed me about the price and the amount of time it would take for the car to be ready (which many mechanics don't do) precisely. They fixed my car which still doesn't give me the problem anymore and he notified me of other drastic future problems within an accurate period of time if I don't do certain minor things. Overall, Kam Soon auto service is one of the best shop in the area.
