worst experience ever. went there to just get a bank statement and had to wait +30 mins, i had to go because i had an appointment and couldn’t missed it. the lady with the glasses at the front told me that i had to see an associate just to get the bank statement and i said ok, every bank has their own way of doing things, but what actually got me mad was the fact that she did it for the man that was behind me, very disappointed.

I highly advise against doing business with this branch. The staff lacks basic courtesy and often speaks in their regional language, making it difficult for customers to communicate. During my visit to get some documents notarized, I waited for assistance while a banker and teller spoke in their language, laughing as I stood there. When I politely mentioned that it feels uncomfortable for customers when staff use a language we don't understand, the notary quickly processed my request and told me to leave, showing no interest in my concerns. This experience was truly disappointing.

Less than even one..
Having business account and still don’t have change all the time ….
Always says wait for other cashier for the change .. I’m waiting in line for deposit and then waiting in line for getting change for the same account …
All the time..

If I can leave less than one star I would. Went to the first desk on the left, didn't catch her name which now I wish I had. Had to ask questions about an account that my uncle had from California (who had now moved from the Philippines), needed simple answers but woman became dismissive when we didn't have the right paperwork. As a person who works in the corporate financial industry (was actually a former Merrill Lynch prior to being purchased by Bank of America) she was down right rude even waving her hand off to me telling us to go to the tellers when we asked how we can withdraw his money. I understand she could not assist us with the information we presented but when you are employed in a customer service industry this was unacceptable. Will be reaching out to my Merrill Lynch BofA contacts regarding this branch.
If you need to go to a branch, choose differently and wisely NOT helpful at all here . STAY AWAY!
Dayton branch was much more helpful.

Making an appointment here is meaningless. No one cares and you have to wait with the other who don’t have an appointment

I got scammed/hacked and the bank closed my account. They refused to help me reopen my account or open an new account. I will never want to bank with them again. Extremely disappointed by the bank of America that instead victim they just instantly discard me their customer.
If the owner like to speak with me and help me with this situation. I will change my review. I have conditions that I want my old account if possible or open a new account and the stolen money. If bank of America doesn't want to help then I will be filing a lawsuit against this branch and the entire bank of America.
I'm extremely disappointed with bank of America, very poor customer service and would not anyone to open a account with them.

This is a warning to anyone interested in doing service with Bank of America. I am frustrated on how I was treated as a customer banking over 30 years. I am a PREFERRED HONORS PLATINUM client. My credit cards were closed this April with ZERO notice. I have lost over $700 in accumulated rewards. Customer Service was unhelpful at the branch I went to as well as over the phone. I had called over the phone and interacted with various representatives several days after closing my account and experienced ZERO help. All they kept saying was “Sorry for the inconvenience”. If they were actually apologetic about the matter, they would immediately help me resolve the issue the same day and NOT close my credit card accounts with my hard earned money. I also find it difficult that I had to call 3 different customer service numbers to try to understand what happened with my account. The representatives told me that they sent me emails and sent post mails about them trying to verify me through KYC. I have NOT received emails or post mails regarding them closing my credit card accounts. I have specifically requested that I received post mails regarding my accounts.I also have a credit card with another bank. I had a fraud charge on my account. I called the number as soon as I found out about the charge and they resolved my concern within 10 minutes.I had fraud on my Bank of America account in May 2023 and I had to jump through multiple hoops to resolve that problem. If I say there was an issue, it should be treated seriously. I couldn’t believe I had to wait 3 months with multiple phone calls with frustration of spending hours to get that fixed. I had to go to the police station to create a case.If I received this treatment as a PREFERRED HONORS PLATINUM client, I can only imagine how clients who are in Preferred or lower tiers are dealt with. This is seriously horrific. I advise clients use a different bank to do their business.

Avoid this branch unless you're using ATM!!! The staff needs a refresher in customer first as they lack sense of urgency and priority. Totally defeats purpose of having an appointment as they make you wait past appointment time

Someone called from this office business phone number claiming they had notice activity on my zelle account and transferred me to someone to "zelle" office to input numbers they gave me , trying to get me to send them "a cancellation code" via zelle. If this is no longer an in person office (which is regrettable) BOA should make sure the line is closed.

Please avoid going into this bank for ANY service at all cost besides possibly using the ATM. I love Bank of America and had them for over 20 years. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service and just complete lack of knowledge about how Bank of America processes and procedures work. 3 different ladies were telling me three different things even from the manager there! She acted like she knew what she was talking about but actually none of them ended up being correct! Should’ve trusted all the poor reviews for this place and went somewhere else. Total waste of time.PS - I did go to another Bank of America and got me straightened out with way better customer service. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
