I've been a BOA customer for over 20yrs and never had a problem cashing a check until i went to that branch. The tellers suck and don't know what they're doing. She was trying to force me to deposit it instead. Smh

The Asian female manager (I don’t know her name) is very arrogant and seems unfamiliar with proper customer service. I preferred the previous male manager. If this continues, she may create significant problems for Bank of America.”
