We drove 3.5 hrs for a truck we reserved and they didn’t have it. All they said was sorry and left us with no way to move our stuff.

Wow!! Got charge $150 for not taking the truck. What a joke, please do not use budget, they do not care. I had my family waiting the whole weekend again and had to use another rental service. They never explained nor someone called me to explain. What a joke this company is. Very disappointed.

REnted a car from here, I wish I read the review before hand but it was my husband who made arragements. The car was parked in weeds atleast 5 feet tall, dirty, the office was dirty, service slow & the car had ticks. Talk about skeved out. DO yourself a favor stay away from this place.
