“I cannot say enough good things about Quality Auto Glass in South Plainfield, and specifically Melissa. I needed the windshield replaced on my 2018 Honda Odyssey, and my insurance tried to force cheap aftermarket glass on the approved OEM claim. Melissa went above and beyond—she literally stayed on a three-way call with me and the insurance supervisor to fight for the factory Honda OEM glass and wouldn't take no for an answer.
Once the OEM glass approval reached SafeLite, the actual installation was flawless. They handled the complete ADAS camera recalibration perfectly. No error codes on the dash, and my Lane Keep Assist and adaptive cruise control work exactly as they should. If you want a shop that will actually advocate for you against the insurance companies and do the technical job right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

Service: I’ve been here twice for small repairs, and the service was amazing! Both Phil and Geoff are very professional and knowledgeable! We had lots of small scratches on our car for some reason, and Geoff offered to buff them off and our car looks like new! The second time was replacement of a door handle. I came with the part I purchased from my dealer and they were able to paint and install it very quickly. I’m very thankful to have a dependable auto repair shop near me!
Price: more than reasonable. I called around and this place beats them all!
Overall: hopefully I don’t need their service again but if I do, I’ll be back!”

“Any time my car needs work done I get very anxious about the whole process involved, as I’m sure many people can relate to. For me it’s always been on par with getting a root canal. However, after my experience at Pearl St. Automotive; my car repair anxieties are gone forever (as long as I can bring my car here)!
Owner AJ is friendly, approachable, and hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a garage. From the initial phone call to the keys being back in my hand, the entire process was seamless and never once even hinted at triggering my car repair anxieties. AJ explained exactly what was needed, gave me dates and timing that he never had to alter, and even stayed after hours to make sure I got the car the day I needed it since it’s the only car in the house.
The final cost was right on point with the estimate (just a couple bucks less actually), and the pricing was more than reasonable, not inflated or overcharged. They even give you a little thank you gift for larger jobs (I won’t ruin the surprise).
There is no question in my mind that I will be going back to AJ at Pearl St Automotive EVERY SINGLE TIME I ever need something done to my car! I’ll also be recommending this place to everybody I know and encounter who needs such a place!

“If you want your chain jerked call the company with the non stop jingle on tv and radio. If you want a company that knows customer service call Superglass Windshield Repair in Linden. I called late in the afternoon and left a message. Nick called me back in less than 15 minutes. Explained my situation. Was given a quote and appointment the next day. It was hotter than hell and Nick was able to repair my windshield on an awful afternoon. You can't see the damage after the repair. “Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
