“I recently purchased a new XC90 and worked with Ken as my salesperson. Ken made the process easy, we negotiated the deal before I even walked into the showroom over text. There were however a couple concerns that resulted in a lost star. Not by anyone’s fault, on delivery day the car started displaying a warning message related to the SOS system, leading to me not being able to take the car home. Further worsened by a loaner car not being available. I requested a cargo cover for this inconvenience and was told they can’t provide a new one, only a used one. I declined as I didn’t want someone else’s. Another is I wish they were a bit more fastidious with the cars, especially for something like mine which was close to $80,000. The temporary license plate (which you can see one of the picture) was put on the “lazy” way. What I mean is instead of tucking it under the plate frame it was simply stuck on top, making the car look a salvage title in my opinion. Lastly the cars should be cleaned/detailed better for delivery. I had to spend close to an hour cleaning the interior to get it to where it should’ve been - pristine. These attention to detail things can be easily improved, and should be in place for cars of this caliber. It’s not like we’re buying Kias here!”

My tires already had 70,000 miles on them. The Mavis team explained the wear and tear on my tires including needing new struts on the rear of the car. Overall, I found the folks I worked with to be helpful and straightforward. I was able to leave same day with my new tires and to get home safely.”

I ordered a 911 Targa 4 GTS and had a very specific vision for the car. Thomas was excellent throughout the entire process, from helping me think through the build and options to keeping me informed as the car progressed, answering every question I threw at him, and making sure everything was exactly right when the car finally arrived.

“My car overheated and stopped on RT 1. I Called Jones Automotive explained the situation. They told me the tow company they are affiliated with. Within 15 minutes of me calling them my car was towed. After the diagnostic, it was discovered the radiator hose was torn. The part was called in and was told it can be delivered first thing the morning. He explained to them, that the part was needed for the evening. I forgot to mention my first call to Jones Auto was after 3:20 pm and they closed for the evening at 5. I am from out of town and very grateful for the time and great effort that was made for me to have my car returned to me that night.”

“Ultimate Collision did such a great job repainting my 2024 Porsche 911. My car was hit a ran and it cost $60,000 in damage. After researching the best auto body company for exotic cars, Ultimate Collision was really the only choice. There’s really not another exotic car collision company that works on so many different exotic car brands. I’m very particularly with my cars and need this perfect so after researching Reddit, Google, BBB and Chat GBT I decide to let Ultimate Collision work on the car. From day one Matt was great. He has a passion for this stuff and made me feel comfortable with the process explaining every detail with me. I visited the shop 4 times for visual progress reports and he walked me through what was going on and what had been done. They also handled all the insurance red tape without you needing to be involved which is such a big help if you are low on time like me. Just to give you an idea, insurance offered $1,500. Ultimate fought for every dollar from the insurance company.

When I got my Porsche back it looked like a new car. It looked like the day I picked it up from Ray Catena Porsche.

If you have a high end car like a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or even an exotic, Ultimate Collision should be your number one pick. High end cars are very tricky with their electronics and paint matching. If you buy exotics or luxury cars you will have scratches (or more) body issues from time to time and having a company like Ultimate Collision you can go to for any issues is such piece of mind.

“I can’t say enough good things about F & S Paul and his team.

I got a flat tire halfway through my road trip, so I stopped in expecting to be turned away since they mainly work on truck tires, and another tire shop had told me I’d be waiting a long time. As soon as Paul heard that, he said, “Forget that—pull around back.”

Within minutes, his crew had my lowered BMW safely jacked up, removed the wheels, and Paul had already ordered two new tires. He even sent one of his guys to pick them up so they could get me back on the road. From the time I pulled in, everything was happening immediately, and they had me taken care of in about 45 minutes.

What really stood out wasn’t just the speed—it was the willingness to help someone they didn’t have to help. “My Mustang water pump went out on my way to work which I still didn’t know of yet. Let car cool down and made my way to the shop thinking I’d just need some coolant. They quickly diagnosed it was the water pump which was steaming and even offered to replace it right then and there.
