“Ultimate Collision did such a great job repainting my 2024 Porsche 911. My car was hit a ran and it cost $60,000 in damage. After researching the best auto body company for exotic cars, Ultimate Collision was really the only choice. There’s really not another exotic car collision company that works on so many different exotic car brands. I’m very particularly with my cars and need this perfect so after researching Reddit, Google, BBB and Chat GBT I decide to let Ultimate Collision work on the car. From day one Matt was great. He has a passion for this stuff and made me feel comfortable with the process explaining every detail with me. I visited the shop 4 times for visual progress reports and he walked me through what was going on and what had been done. They also handled all the insurance red tape without you needing to be involved which is such a big help if you are low on time like me. Just to give you an idea, insurance offered $1,500. Ultimate fought for every dollar from the insurance company.
This is the first review I ever made because I never felt compelled to write one about a business.
When I got my Porsche back it looked like a new car. It looked like the day I picked it up from Ray Catena Porsche.
If you have a high end car like a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or even an exotic, Ultimate Collision should be your number one pick. High end cars are very tricky with their electronics and paint matching. If you buy exotics or luxury cars you will have scratches (or more) body issues from time to time and having a company like Ultimate Collision you can go to for any issues is such piece of mind.

There was a small delay due to having to find a part which they communicated immediately and then without needing to reach back out to them, they automatically provided me with an update once part was received.

I had such a bad experience with open road mini of Morristown that I was nervous to move forward. But I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and not shady everyone was. Christian helped by scheduling it to arrive to the store the next day. He even called to let me know when it arrived. There seems to be a disconnect between ordering online and when the email says the order will be ready by. So next time I would call the store first to confirm.”

Came in for a tire replacement without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. Doug at the counter was incredibly helpful — he handled the walk-in efficiently, explained everything clearly, and even threw in some useful tips along the way. That kind of no-fuss, knowledgeable service is exactly what you want when you’re not planning ahead.
Pricing is very reasonable, especially for tire work and oil changes — hard to beat for the quality of service you get.
One heads-up for first-timers: the car entrance for the Auto Care Center is a little tricky to find. You’ll want to drive past the Garden Center entrance, then turn left — once you know it, it’s easy, but it threw us off initially.
Overall a solid, trustworthy spot for routine auto maintenance. Will definitely be back!”
