Edison Pack and Ship Business Center is a hidden gem and the best shipping store in Edison, providing amazing and reliable service. It is a family-run business where the staff and owners are extremely helpful, considerate, friendly, and professional. They are very welcoming, down to earth, and have a kind heart, offering top-notch and remarkable service. Customers highlight their attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to help even during closing. They take time to explain options, provide cost-effective and secure shipping methods, and handle packaging with great care for both domestic and international needs. They assure customers their packages are in good hands, with no package being too big. Highly recommended for all shipping needs.
We've had a particularly good experience here, once for shipping and once for printing. Both times, the owners showed such a personal interest in helping our projects go well - without benefit to their business - but a sincere desire to help OUR business. We highly recommend them for personal or business projects!
